ধারা ৫ঃ পণ্য বা পরিষেবা

আমরা পণ্যের রঙ ও ছবি সঠিকভাবে প্রদর্শনে সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি। তবে আপনার মনিটরের ডিসপ্লের কারণে পণ্যের রঙের আংশিক তারতম্য হতে পারে। তবে এ ধরনের পণ্যের পরিমাণ খুবই সীমতি হতে পারে এবং আমাদের রিটার্ন পলিসি অনুযায়ী এগুলো ফেরত বা বিনিময় করা যেতে পারে।

পেমেন্ট গেটওয়েগুলো সরাসরি আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণাধীন নয়। কোনো লেনদেন সম্পন্ন করার পূর্বে সংশ্লিষ্ট পেমেন্ট সেবাদাতা প্রতিষ্ঠান (bkash, Nagad, Rocket এবং ব্যাংক)-এর শর্তাবলি ও গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালা ভালোভাবে পর্যালোচনা করার জন্য গ্রাহকদের অনুরোধ করা হল।
